Starbucks Oleato Golden Foam Iced Shaken Espresso with Tofeenut … olive oil coffee?! – New Taste Tuesday

You know I had to do it… I tried one of the new Starbucks Oleato drinks!!

If you don’t know, it’s their line of olive oil beverages. They’re coffees infused with olive oil to bring a smoother, more luxurious coffee experience.

The two options are,

Oleato Golden Foam Iced Shaken Espresso with Toffeenut: Starbucks Blonde espresso combined with notes of warm toffeenut and creamy oatmilk, topped with Oleato Golden Foam. A vanilla sweet cream cold foam infused with Partanna extra virgin olive oil.

Oleato Caffè Latte with Oatmilk: Starbucks Blonde Espresso Roast, a light roast that is smooth and subtly sweet, combined with creamy oatmilk and infused with Partanna extra virgin olive oil.

Or, you can add Oleato Golden Foam to any of your favourite starbucks drinks!

I tried the Oleato Golden Foam Iced Shaken Espresso with Toffeenut for New Taste Tuesday.

I will say, it’s not really what I expected. I thought it would smack me with the taste of olive oil, but it wasn’t too bad! I didn’t taste the olive oil at all. It just tasted extra rich. I find the toffeenut also tasted a lot like a peanut better cookies, which are one of my favorite types of cookies, so I’m a big fan. I’ve always heard that incorporating raw olive oil into your diet, or drinking a little shot of it every morning, is extremely good for you. So, maybe this is a way to do just that, but in a more bearable way.

I do think this is something I would get again! Or, maybe I’ll add a shot of olive oil to the next coffee I make at home and try that out.

You can try out the Starbucks Oleato drinks for yourself at any participating Starbucks locations! And, check out New Taste Tuesday with Kierstyn (me) on any of the play socials.
